1. General provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions regulate the rights and obligations between the company Acoding s.r.o., with its registered office at Jesenná 26, 080 05 Prešov, ID number: 44668155, VAT number: SK2022774974, registered in the Commercial Register of Prešov, section Sro, insert number 21356/P
(hereinafter referred to as the "seller") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer"), when selling and purchasing goods via the online store at www.acoding.sk .

2. Ordering goods
2.1 The buyer can order the goods through the seller's website.
2.2 Most of the products are made to order and their delivery time is usually within 2 weeks from the confirmation of the order.
2.3 The buyer is obliged to provide correct and complete data necessary to process the order.

3. Prices of goods
3.1 The prices listed on the website are final and include all fees with the exception of shipping and any taxes, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price change does not affect already concluded purchase contracts.

4. Method of payment
4.1 The buyer can pay for the goods in the following ways:
a) By bank transfer to the seller's account.
b) Payment on delivery (only for orders delivered by courier within Slovakia).
c) Other payment methods upon agreement with the seller.

5. Delivery of goods
5.1 The seller ensures the delivery of the goods via the courier company DPD with free delivery for all orders.
5.2 The buyer can also choose personal collection at the seller's premises at the address Jesenná 26, 080 05 Prešov, after a previously agreed date with the merchant.
5.3 The delivery period is usually within 2 weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
6.1 The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of taking over the goods without giving a reason.
6.2 The buyer is obliged to return the goods undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
6.3 In case of withdrawal from the contract, the seller will return the money to the buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranty conditions and complaints
7.1 All products are covered by the statutory warranty period.
7.2 In the event of a complaint, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller in writing or by e-mail. The seller undertakes to process the complaint within 30 days from the day of its delivery.

8. Protection of personal data
8.1 The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of completing the order.

9. Final Provisions
9.1 These terms and conditions become effective on the day they are published on the seller's website.
9.2 The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be posted on the website.
